Release 0 - First Playable

Where I dump builds of the game, once *mostly* stable. This is beta-tester central. You can't start topics, but you can reply with bugs / any experiences with the build.

Release 0 - First Playable

See the "Read First!" sticky for instructions on how to install.

Okay, this one is pretty straightforward. Use the arrow keys to move around, and move off the edge of the map to load the next map in that direction.

Collision is currently disabled, and you move pretty quickly, because this is basically the proof of concept for randomly generated levels.

Also, if you return to a level you have already been to, it is reloaded exactly the same way. This only costs a single int var in the save file per map!

Second Playable will have player movement mastered, and maybe menus.

I can't play it. Should I download an emulator?

I think I need C# 2008 here right? should I install XNA game studio?
